This award-winning renovation nearly doubled the square footage of the existing footprint but still maintains the feel of their cozy home, inside and out.

These homeowners love where they live and decided to invest in renovating their home and staying put.

We added 12′ to the entire back of the house including digging out the basement and extending that as well. The cherry on top of all the changes is the gorgeous sunroom! Amazing windows and high ceilings, heated tile floors, and access to their beautiful backyard.

Main floor layout changes include a larger master suite, new huge windows, a walk-in closet, and a stunning ensuite decked out in tile and shiplap.

The hardworking couple was very involved and lovingly restored many original trims and doors and custom-built all their own barn doors and floating shelves with barnwood they sourced themselves.

We couldn’t be more pleased with how this home turned out! A favorite project of ours for sure!
